Eligibility and Enrolment
Below is an overview of the Plan’s key eligibility provisions and enrolment process. For complete details, please refer to When do I join the Pension Plan? in the MEMBERSHIP section of the Pension Plan booklet or contact the Administrator.
Establishing Membership in the Plan
You are eligible to join the Plan as soon as you:
- Are a member in good standing of Local 2404
- Have contributions reported and paid into the Plan by your employer(s).
How to Enrol in the Plan
Use the Pension Plan Application for Enrolment form to enrol in the Pension Plan and to select your beneficiaries.
Questions on completing the form can be directed to the Administrator.
Completed forms should be forwarded to the Administrator.
Once you are a Member of the Plan, all changes to Member information or beneficiaries should also be made by completing this form in full.
